  Good communication from owner. Met on arrival, very friendly couple and lovely apartment in a great location of St Ives. Would highly recommend this place to stay for couples planning on going to St Ives. We will definitely be booking again.

  The Studio was fabulous and situated in a quiet residential area, Donna and her husband were great to deal with. Donna met us on arrival and handed over the keys and went through the facilities. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Centrally located close to St Ives and its great restaurants. I would highly recommend.

  This gorgeous studio apartment is set a couple of roads up from the beaches and town of St Ives, it was very comfy and spotlessly clean, and had a place to park your car. Donna was so friendly and helpful, and when my car wouldn’t start her husband got it going for me. This lovely couple also left us some Cornish beers and biscuits which were really tasty and such a lovely touch.

  Location was great, easy walk into Town although is uphill on the return. Onsite parking is a major bonus. Unit for two people is very comfortable. Clean and modern unit. Donna was very easy to deal with.
