The Room Experience

My room had these gorgeous high ceilings that reminded you this was once a place of learning, but with all the modern comforts you’d want after a day of exploring. The beds are properly comfortable (none of that saggy mattress nonsense you sometimes get in converted buildings), and the bathrooms are well-designed without feeling cramped. What I loved was how they’ve incorporated little nods to the building’s history — old school maps on the walls, vintage desks repurposed as side tables. It’s thoughtful without being gimmicky.
