  Price, quiet location, cleanliness, well-equipped studio, comfy large sofa, pet friendly.

  This is a lovely ground floor one bedroom apartment situated walking distance from the main promenade. It was very cozy and had everything that we needed. A great holiday stay for a couple who need a pillow to rest their heads on.

  What could be improved: The overall entrance to the building is not great and off putting but it’s not a reflection of the apartment which is of a high standard, very clean and well equipped. I used the back gate once I checked in to leave and return to the property much more pleasant. Nice outside patio with table and chairs. Penlee Park 2 mins away and 5 min walk to the beach amazing location.
