You know what struck me first about this place? The name on the listing is honestly a bit of a mouthful – “Luxury 3-bed apartment, with direct beach access, free parking & sea views!” – but once you actually get to 41 The Liner in Falmouth, you realize they weren’t exaggerating. I mean, the building itself sits right on the waterfront, and when they say direct beach access, they literally mean you can roll out of bed and be on the sand in about thirty seconds.

The apartment is properly spacious – three bedrooms that actually fit real furniture, not those cramped holiday let situations where you’re bumping into walls. What really gets me though is how they’ve positioned everything to maximize those sea views. The main living area has these massive windows that frame Falmouth Bay perfectly, and honestly, I spent way too much time just watching the boats come and go from the harbor. The Liner building has this sort of modern maritime vibe that works really well with the location – it doesn’t try to be some fake historic thing, which I appreciate. Parking was genuinely stress-free too, which if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in Falmouth during summer, you’ll know is basically worth its weight in gold.

What I loved about staying here is how connected you feel to actual Falmouth life. You’re right in the thick of things but not overwhelmed – the working harbor is literally right there, so you get the authentic maritime atmosphere without the touristy gift shop overload. Actually, there’s something quite soothing about the gentle harbor sounds at night, though light sleepers might want to bring earplugs during regatta season when things get a bit more lively. The 9.3 rating makes total sense when you consider you’re getting hotel-level views and amenities but with the space and freedom of a proper apartment. I found myself making coffee in the morning and just standing at those windows watching the early dog walkers on the beach – there’s something addictive about having the water right there. The whole setup just works, you know? It’s the kind of place where you start planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out.

  We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It’s spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is fantastic—perfect for relaxing on the balcony all day if it’s raining or the weather turns. There’s a Co-op conveniently located just downstairs, and the town centre is within walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment for its stunning views and all the luxurious touches inside.

  Property is very well appointed. Great location overlooking the sandy Gilly beach and near restaurants bars and cafes. Nice balcony and 3 reasonable sized bedrooms.
  
  What could be improved: The property was lovely but we had issues as given the wrong door entry code on arrival so we could not get in. And then the code was changed during our stay and we were not advised so again locked out. Fortunately other residents gave us the new code. This was rather irritating.

  The apartment was incredible! So many little extra touches that made the stay so nice, like blankets in every room incase you felt cold.
  The apartment included everything you could possibly need and the view was out of this world. I miss it already.

  Excellent location, across road from the beach with lovely views. Balcony with sun loungers and dining table and chairs was excellent. Well equipped apartment.
