  The location and cleanliness was great, the balcony terrace overlooking the estuary was amazing albeit overlooked by upper apartment.
  
  What could be improved: This had been mentioned in a previous message we noticed, the upper floor bedroom floorboards are very squeaky and woke us up every morning by the dwellers above at about 6am, I suggest the owners address this as a matter of urgency, wasn’t happy!

  Amazing location, huge decked area overlooking the estuary. Square Rig is close to the town centre and also to Caffa Mill carpark.
  
  What could be improved: Our only slight issue was the noise from the people above across the very creaky floor and the scraping of their chairs across their balcony.
