The local pub, The Portreath Arms, is a proper Cornish local where you can grab a pint and some decent fish and chips without fighting through crowds of tourists.

What struck me most about Incline Cottage is how they’ve managed to keep that authentic cottage feel while making everything work for modern travelers. The rooms have those lovely low ceilings and original features you’d hope for, but the beds are genuinely comfortable and the bathrooms are beautifully updated.
