The kitchen is actually equipped for proper cooking — not just the usual kettle and microwave setup you often get. The bedroom continues the contemporary theme with clean, uncluttered design that somehow manages to feel cozy rather than sterile. You know what impressed me most? The attention to lighting throughout — it’s warm and welcoming, not harsh or clinical.

That gated parking I mentioned earlier? It’s genuinely a game-changer if you’re driving down to Cornwall. No circling the block looking for spaces or worrying about your car overnight. The WiFi actually works properly throughout the property, which isn’t always a given in these older Penzance buildings. The heating system is modern and responsive too — important when you’re dealing with Cornwall’s unpredictable weather. I mean, you can have sunshine and sideways rain in the same afternoon down here.

  The standard of accommodation was excellent and the property was conveniently located by the sea front, which suited our needs exactly. On arrival there was fresh milk in the fridge and and biscuits on the table – a nice welcoming touch!

  A really beautiful, clean, comfortable house with everything you could ask for!
  The beds are beautiful as is the sofa!

  Excellent location, 10 mins walk to shops in the town and lots of great places to eat and drink. The harbour had great views and there were frequent buses to St Ives and other places to visit. Also a cinema within walking distance too.
  The house was lovely. Very warm and clean, comfy beds and lots of space. Nice little back garden with seating and a fire pit. Great TV perfect for movies in the evening and a lovely spacious bathroom with roll top bath and large shower.
  Highly recommended!
