You’re literally a two-minute walk from the harbor and the Scillonian ferry terminal, which is brilliant if you’re planning that day trip to the Isles of Scilly. What I love is that couples seem to absolutely adore this spot (they rate it 9.0, which honestly doesn’t surprise me), probably because you can wander down to the promenade for those sunset walks without dealing with any tourist crowds.
