  Ideal location for us. Although overlooks the railway there was little noise inside the property.
  Chocolates and wine on arrival was a nice touch.
  Spacious rooms and well finished too.
  
  What could be improved: Communication back from Sykes was poor other than their automated responses. Given the good range of amenities we were surprised there was no hair dryer provided.

  What a gem of a place, we loved everything about the stay. The location was brilliant, the facilities inside were out of this world, in fact its made my wife and I to consider some of the designs for our holiday home.
  
  What could be improved: Just sad that pets aren't allowed anymore, ours loved it and some of the neighbours loved our frenchies. Also was totally hacked off that booking.com and sykes have absolutely useless communication between each other and don't pass things on

  We liked everything about the accommodation, beautifully furnished and the location perfect for exploring Cornwall.

  What could be improved: For a 5* property, we expected duvets and mattress protectors made from natural materials rather than entirely synthetic (polyester) which we found made us very hot.
  Sadly weather very very wet and windy for most of the time – but it's Britain and you make the most of it!
