  What could be improved: I tried at least 12 times to contact booking.com by message as they only had us in for 2 adults and there were 4 of us . No one got back to me . We had to phone the lady who owned the house as there weren't enough towels for us to get showers and explained we tried a contact booking.com to sort and got nowhere. She was very helpful and sorted the problem out on Monday.

  What could be improved: Only negative we had was more to do with arriving in Newquay from a flight at approximately 11am and not able to check in until 4pm.
  This meant we all were carrying baggage around until then.
